Take a clear photo of your front teeth while smiling.
Make sure your teeth are fully visible and the image is well-lit.
Photo 2: Upper Teeth
Open your mouth and take a clear photo of your upper teeth.
Ensure the entire upper arch is visible and well-lit.
Photo 3: Lower Teeth
Open your mouth and take a clear photo of your lower teeth.
Ensure the entire lower arch is visible and well-lit.
Photo 4: Left Side Bite
Bite down gently and take a photo showing the left side of your teeth.
Make sure both upper and lower teeth are visible.
Submit for Dentist Review
Once you submit, our dentist will review your photos before the home visit.
If needed, we may contact you for clarification.
By skipping photo upload, you understand that the dentist may need additional time during the home visit and preparation may be limited.
